How information is handled when you use this site or request an estimate review.

Pembroke Well Drilling is an information and estimate-request website operated for local lead intake and site measurement. It is not itself the well drilling, pump repair, or water-treatment contractor.
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, optional email address, city or town, and the type of well, pump, or water-treatment help you requested.
When you call the phone number on this site, call tracking tools such as CallRail may collect call metadata such as the calling number, time, duration, source page, and campaign attribution. Calls may be routed through a tracking number and may be recorded if call recording is enabled for quality, attribution, or request-review purposes.
When you browse the site, technical systems may collect basic device, browser, referral, page-view, and security-log information. Non-essential analytics and call-tracking scripts are controlled by the cookie notice where technically supported.
We use submitted information to review the request, respond to you, and assess whether the request may fit a local contractor option. Submitting a request does not mean a contractor is available, a job has been accepted, or a specific response time or price applies.
We may also use information to maintain site security, troubleshoot forms or phone routing, measure which pages generate requests, prevent spam or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
This site uses third-party services for form handling, analytics, call tracking, and site measurement. These may include Formspree, CallRail, Google Analytics, Plausible, Ahrefs Analytics, Cloudflare, and similar infrastructure providers.
Some service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. Information handled by those providers may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the site, process your request, troubleshoot technical issues, comply with legal obligations, or review a possible local contractor fit.
If a request appears to fit a local service option, the details you submitted may be shared with an independent contractor or provider for the limited purpose of evaluating or responding to the request. You should confirm licensing, pricing, warranties, and suitability directly with any provider before hiring them.
Analytics and call tracking tools may use cookies, scripts, local storage, or similar technologies to understand traffic sources, page usage, and call attribution. The site shows a lightweight notice for non-essential analytics and tracking. If you decline, non-essential analytics scripts are not intentionally loaded by this site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Estimate request records, call records, and related notes are kept only as long as reasonably needed for request review, follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and business operations. Retention periods vary by system and provider, but information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified when practical.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information submitted through this site, subject to reasonable identity verification, technical limits, legal requirements, provider retention settings, and records needed for legitimate business or security purposes.
You may withdraw consent for future contact or request handling by contacting us. Withdrawal may limit the ability to review or respond to your request. Browser-based analytics consent can be changed by clearing this site's local storage or cookies and revisiting the site.
You can choose not to submit the estimate form. You can also contact us by phone if you prefer not to use the form, though call tracking may still apply to calls placed through the site number.
Privacy questions or access, correction, deletion, and consent-withdrawal requests can be sent through the contact page or by calling (613) 706-3412.
